A Fresh Look for Jonesborough, TN: Roof Replacement Unveiled

We recently completed a roof replacement in Jonesborough, Tennessee, and we couldn't be more excited to share the details of this project! The homeowner originally reached out to us at Residence Roofing & Construction due to active leaks that were causing concern around the house.

To ensure we addressed all issues effectively, we conducted a thorough inspection of the property. Our HAAG certified inspector assessed the entire roof for damages. The inspection revealed several key issues such as numerous missing shingles, breaking seals throughout the roof, and missing nails in the ridge vent.

After gathering all necessary information, we arranged a meeting with both the homeowner and the insurance adjuster. During this meeting, we presented our findings and discussed the extent of the damages. Once the roof was approved for replacement, we proceeded with the installation.

For this project, we install Atlas Pinnacle Pristine shingles in the color Weathered Wood. This not only provided durability but also enhanced the aesthetic appeal of the home.

The completed roof looks fantastic, and we are thrilled with the results. Most importantly, the homeowner is very satisfied with their new roof, which now protects their home from leaks and damage.
