A Jonesborough Repair Success Story

In Jonesborough, Tennessee, Residence Roofing & Construction recently completed an impressive Interior Repairs job. The project began when a homeowner reached out to us due to active leaks in one of their rooms.

A HAAG inspector was dispatched to evaluate the damage to the property. The inspection included a thorough assessment of the roofing and interior conditions. We met with the homeowner to discuss the inspection findings.

During the inspection, it was discovered that a pipe in the roof had been cut too large. This improper cut was allowing water to seep inside, leading to staining on the ceiling.

Once the homeowner approved the necessary repairs, we proceeded with the following steps. We fitted a boot on the pipe to effectively block water from entering the house. We carefully removed the damaged sheetrock and replaced it with new material. After replacing the sheetrock, we applied mud and recreated the popcorn texture to match the existing ceiling. Finally, we painted the ceiling to ensure a seamless finish.
