Elevating Exteriors: Gutter Replacement Project in Unicoi, Tennessee.

We recently completed a Gutter Replacements project in Unicoi, Tennessee, addressing damage caused by a fallen tree. The homeowner contacted Residence Roofing & Construction after the incident impacted their detached garage.

A HAAG inspector from Residence Roofing & Construction thoroughly checked the property for damages. We coordinated with the insurance adjuster and the homeowner to discuss the findings from the inspection. The inspection revealed significant damage to several areas such as the roof, gutters and fascia.

After the roof was replaced, the team proceeded with the installation of new gutters. Beautiful 6" gutters and downspouts were installed. The gutters and downspouts were custom-made on-site to ensure proper size and fit.

Gutter guards were added to enhance functionality and minimize debris accumulation. A new 1-way fascia wrap was installed throughout the rakes and eaves of the detached garage.

The new gutters, gutter guards, and fascia transformed the detached garage, giving it a brand-new look. The team at Residence Roofing & Construction was thrilled to assist the homeowners in restoring their property.
