Shining New: Metal Roof Replacement in Elizabethton, Tennessee

Recently, we had the opportunity to assist a homeowner in Elizabethton, Tennessee, with a much-needed roof replacement. This project was initiated after the homeowner experienced active leaks in their home, prompting them to reach out to Residence Roofing & Construction.

The homeowner contacted us regarding the leaks. Our certified HAAG inspector conducted a thorough evaluation of the property to assess the extent of the damage. We coordinated a meeting with the homeowner and their insurance adjuster to discuss the findings from our inspection.

The existing metal roof was approximately 100 years old, being the original roof installed on the house.
